Order edits can be requested, but are not guaranteed. After 72 hours, we will not be able to accommodate any changes. Please email us at merch@followthefishtv.com with your order number and the requested change as soon as possible.
Please email us at merch@followthefishtv.com with your order number and updated shipping address. Shipping address updates can be requested, but are not guaranteed. We will do our best to update your shipping address prior to shipping. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to edit the shipping address. We suggest reaching out to your local post office to reroute or hold your package.
All items are made to order. Please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks for your order to process and ship out. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Your tracking information may take up to 3 business days to update. If you still don't see any movement on your shipment after 3 business days, please email us at merch@followthefishtv.com
Please email us at merch@followthefishtv.com with your order number and a verified shipping address. Once your order has been returned to us, we will process a reshipment within three business days and you will receive an updated tracking link. If an order is returned to us after a second delivery attempt, you will be issued a store credit for the order total, and the shipping amount will be deducted from your store credit amount.

Due to the exclusivity of each release, all sales are final and we are unable to process returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. Exceptions to this policy will be made if items are received damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item. Please contact us within five days of receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam and junk. If you’re unable to locate your order, please email us at merch@followthefishtv.com with your full name and we will assist with locating your order.
You will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes and any other customs requirements when importing products into a country outside of the US. We are not responsible for any such customs duties, taxes or requirements, nor are we responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs duties or taxes or non-compliance, and we will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
